HATHA YOGA

PHYSICAL YOGA POSTURES

Hatha refers to the practice of physical yoga postures, meaning your Ashtanga, Vinyasa and lyengar classes are all Hatha Yoga. The word “hatha” can be translated two ways: as “willful” or “forceful,” or the yoga of activity, and as “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha), the yoga of balance.

Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation.

VINYASA YOGA

Movement linked with breath

Vinyasa, like all yoga styles, originated from Hatha yoga. The term vinyāsa refers to the alignment of movement and breath, which turns static asanas (poses) into a dynamic flow.
Vinyasa means “movement linked with breath”. Postures are strung together in a short or longer flow. Vinyasa classes are often quite dynamic, which requires the mind to stay focused in the present. The practice itself is like a moving meditation.

DEEP STRETCH YOGA

Relax through stretching!

Deep Stretch is a multipurpose session that includes a variety of stretching exercises for all the muscles of the body. The trainee learns how to relax through stretching and breathing exercises. Props are used for an even greater variety of postures to encourage comfort and release. Deep Stretch also helps in recovering body injuries. It relaxes the tight or overworked muscles and helps the body get more flexible.

PILATES

Refresh your body and your mind!

Refresh your body and your mind. Based on proper breathing, correct spinal, pelvic alignment, concentration on smooth and flowing movement, Pilates program is a full body workout working with our own weight. Our goal is to build a strong core, to maintain the proper physical position and become acutely in tune with your body.

In Pilates the quality of movement is valued over quantity of repetitions. Proper breathing is essential and helps you execute movements with maximum power and efficiency.

In this workout we use our body as weight and simple equipment such as therapy bands and blocks to enhance our strength and flexibility.

Boost your energy! After this program you will feel all your muscles toned and your energy boosted.

YOGALATES

COMBINE YOGA & PILATES

Ideal for anyone and everyone, YogaLates is a Yoga-Based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.

During YogaLates an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises and instructor will always provide options for those just getting started. You will strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm, centered and happy.

ASHTANGA YOGA

The mother of all dynamic yoga styles

Ashtanga yoga is the “mother” of all dynamic yoga styles. It is indeed the style of yoga that emphasizes on the stance, so that the trainee can have the maximum gain from them (the asanas). A dynamic session aims on the regeneration of one’s body as well as of its mind, by exercising the way of proper breathing (Pranayama) and deep relaxation.

MEDITATION YOGA

RELAX AND ENJOY YOUR MEDITATION

Our goal through meditation is to open our energy channels, celebrate life and quiet the mind. Three different types of meditation are provided in order to achieve our goal:

Vipassana meditation: A traditional still meditation which helps to open your energy channels and step by step reach the finally goal, the enlightenment.

Osho Nataraj: A total dance meditation, where all inner division disappears and a subtle, relaxed awareness remains.

Osho Kundalini: Being fully immersed in the shaking and dancing of the first two stages helps to “melt” the rock-like being, wherever the energy flows has been repressed and blocked. The last two stages enable all this energy to flow vertically, to move upwards into silence. It is a highly effective way of unwinding and letting go and quiet the mind.

ZUMBA LATIN FIT

The Zumba Latin Fit program is a fitness party with a mix of Latin and international rhythms that provides a fun and effective workout. A DIFFERENT PERCEPTION OF MASSAGE
