BY MAKING A RESERVATION YOU AGREE WITH THE FOLLOWING POLICY OF OUR WEBSITE.

General Terms:

  • Your cooperation and understanding of our cancellation policy is greatly appreciated.
  • If you have booked a place and are unable to attend the class for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible so that your place may be offered to someone else.
  • In certain circumstances, you may be able to transfer the payment to an alternative future course. This is offered at the discretion of the event organizer. In the event that a transfer is agreed between both parties it is understood that no further refunds or tranfers will be permitted.
  • In the event of the cancellation of an event by the organizer, you will receive a full refund of the course fee. If an event is moved from its advertised venue and/or the date is changed, your payment will remain valid if you wish to attend the rescheduled event. If not, we will issue a full refund.
  • Unfortunately, Yoga Mykonos cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or transport problems) that lead to the participant being unable to attend the scheduled course.

Scheduled Group Lessons (Sunset Yoga, Saxo Sunset Yoga, Lovers Sunset Yoga etc):

  • In the case of cancellation the reservation of a scheduled lesson, the reservation is refundable if the cancellation is realized 3 days (72 hours) before the time of the scheduled course, or alternatively it is converted to an open date reservation.
  • Reservations are refunded only after written request (email) at admin@yogamykonos.com. Cancellation via telephone is not accepted.
  • Reservations which are cancelled due to bad weather conditions may be used for any other scheduled lesson or can be fully refunded.
  • Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for cancellations made less than 3 days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled course.

Tailor-Made /Private Lessons:

  • In the case of cancellation the reservation of an individual/group lesson, the reservation is refundable if the cancellation is realized 7 days before the time of the yoga lesson, or alternatively it is converted to an open date reservation.
  • Reservations are refunded only after written request (email) at admin@yogamykonos.com. Cancellation via telephone is not accepted.
  • Reservations which are cancelled due to bad weather conditions will be fully refunded.
  • Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for cancellations made less than 7 daysprior to the course.

Payments & Bookings:

  • Advance course bookings should be completed online using the online form, accessible through the book online page of this website. In order to guarantee class space, a complete advance booking must be made, including payment (all prices are listed in Euro).
  • Reservations can also be facilitated by phone and walk-in registration is available, subject to class space. All classes are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
  • To participate to a course as a Yoga Mykonos student you must be at least 18 years of age. Students under the age of 18 are required to provide written consent from a parent and/or legal guardian. Registration details provided must be correct and complete.
  • In case that payment in cash is chosen as payment method, Yoga Mykonos reserves the right to demand the full amount of the course, in case the student does not cancel the scheduled course in time.

Attending Class:

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time of your scheduled course to allow time for completion.
  • Students must arrive and check in with reception at least 5 minutes prior to the beginning of the course and latecomers are generally not permitted.
  • Students who arrive late for a course for which they have registered will not be issued a refund for that class.
  • Prior to the start of class, students are required to inform the instructor of any issues or relevant physical issues.

Risk & Responsibility:

  • Yoga Mykonos does not accept responsibility for students who do not follow the class instructions as provided by the teacher. Any medical or physical conditions, recent or persistent injuries, or relevant disclosures must be made by students to the teacher prior to the beginning of class. Prior to, during, or after class, it is the responsibility of students to inform the teacher if they are experiencing any pain or discomfort.
  • The use of Yoga Mykonos facilities denotes the acceptance of the risk associated with all forms of physical exercise, both during and after.
  • Yoga Mykonos, including any staff, owners, managers, and directors, will not be held liable for: a) any injury or harm resulting in participation or use of facilities, and b) any damage to or loss of personal property.

Left Property:

  • Yoga Mykonos does not accept any responsibility for personal property left at the facilities. Left items will be kept in a lost and found box for three weeks, at which point they will be donated to a charitable organization.
  • Yoga Mykonos reserves the right to change the terms & conditions as well as prices at any time. Significant changes will be indicated by notice on this website. If you have any questions about these terms and conditions, please contact Yoga Mykonos.
